As consideration for your participation in the Fulfilled Partner Program in accordance with this Agreement, you will receive:
(a) a 30% commission on the End Customer Fees for each End Customer referred by you.
(b) the commission is recurring meaning if the End Customer’s annual membership subscription renews, you will receive a 30% commission on the End Customer Fees for each End Customer referred by you.
(c ) the renewal commission will only apply to the Plan the End Customer purchased and a commission will not be issued for any purchases on new plans or products by the End Customer.
Commissions will be paid to you by Fulfilled once a month. However, before any Commission becomes eligible for payment to you, the subscription to which the relevant Customer Fees relate must remain active (and not be the subject of any refund or chargeback) for 30 days.
